2 days of sick leave. my throat really hurts.
would've been a wayyy long weekend if i didn't have to go back to endorse my mc this morning.

i go to the medical centre at 0720 and i wait about 3 hours to see the MO ( medical ocifer ) for all of 30 seconds. he barely looked at my mc. in fact he asked me how many days it was for.

idiot that i am. should have told him three, at least.

then i wait another hour just to get my status slip.
total of 4 - count 'em! - hours.

now you know why that guardsman last year died.
they brought him to the medical centre and the MO was like, "oh, a perfectly healthy man collapsed for no reason? sounds complicated. i think i'll do the easy cases first - must pace myself, you know? put him over there, next to the guy with the broken neck. besides, i want to clear these recruits fast - they're stinking up the place."
